About Pimi Construction
Pimi Construction serves Greater London and Surrey with new builds, extensions, loft conversions and renovations. We are in the solutions business, not the excuses business.
Our Story
Pimi Construction Ltd serves Greater London and Surrey. Our work covers new builds, renovations and extensions, loft conversions, driveways and patios, hard landscaping, and painting and decorating.
Our approach is simple: we do things properly. While others get lost in delays and finger-pointing, we stay focused on outcomes. We check what others miss, communicate what matters, and deliver on our commitments.
Every project is run as one job. The trades involved are coordinated day to day, so sequencing, access and handovers between stages are planned rather than left to chance.
What Sets Us Apart
Multi-Trade Team
Trades on a project are coordinated so each stage fits together — carpentry, brickwork, electrics, plumbing and decorating sequenced and handed over cleanly.
Transparent Pricing
Our quotes are itemised down to the last socket. No hidden costs, no surprise invoices. If something changes, we discuss it before proceeding.
Due Diligence
We check what others miss. Before any plastering, we verify cables, pipes, and joists. This catches problems before they are buried in walls.
Service Area
We serve Greater London and Surrey, including Clapham, Dulwich, Streatham, Wandsworth, Brixton, Peckham, Camberwell, and surrounding areas. Free site visits across our service area.
